Our all weights gym is on the ground floor. We havea variety of modern equipment for you to use. We also have a 'lean and mean' healthy eating cafe.
On the first floor we have a functional training room with brand new equipment. This is where we will have all our circuit classes.
On the top floor we run classes for children and adults in Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Thai Boxing, MMA and Tough Tots for 3-6 year olds.

Our membership includes all the family, one simple option for everyone. You can turn up for classes any time and all equipment is there for you to use between 6am and 9pm, provided you have completed your safety induction. Great value family fitness!
